Enterprise Account Executive

Accelerated Focus is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team on a remote-first basis. This role will solve real business problems with lowcode, AI, and insight—partnering with clients from first contact through long-term growth. You’ll do more than sell apps: you’ll build trust, deliver transformation, and help build businesses together. Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation to account growth—while fostering long-term client partnerships. You’ll contribute directly to our mission of accelerating success for a million of our customers’ customers. 

  • Research-Driven Selling: Know your customer (or prospect) better than they know themselves. Do the homework—industry, goals, challenges—so you enter every meeting prepared with insights that allow you to ask strategic, high impact questions. 
  • Technical & Efficiency Tools Mastery: Leverage AI, automation, and relevant tools (e.g. ChatGPT, HubSpot/LinkedIn AI, lowcode platforms) to speed up research, improve communication, proposals, and overall effectiveness.  
  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and partnerships. Qualify leads to fit Accelerated Focus’s target profile and keep momentum high. 
  • Deal Management: Own the lifecycle of deals with urgency—track key milestones, surface risks early, document success criteria (the prospect’s Why, metrics, what success looks like), and ensure solutions align to those outcomes. 
  • Proposal Quality & Communication Excellence: Deliver polished, carefully structured proposals and all written communication (emails, chats, meetings) with consistency, attention to detail, and professionalism. 
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure a seamless handoff from sales to delivery. Clarify expectations and goals during onboarding and work closely with the delivery team to ensure they’re met. 
  • Account Growth & Management: Nurture existing accounts to uncover upsell or cross sell opportunities. Develop account plans that drive long-term value and deepen client trust. 
  • OutSystems Collaboration: Work closely with OutSystems Account Executives to qualify joint opportunities and align on solutions that will create customer value and generate long-term growth for all parties. 
  • Social Media & Brand Presence: Actively engage on social networks (especially LinkedIn), sharing insights and thought leadership to build AF’s visibility and credibility—and aid in lead generation. 
  • CRM Data Discipline: Maintain accurate, uptodate information in HubSpot. If it isn’t in the CRM, it doesn’t exist. All deal stages, customer interactions, and key information must be logged reliably. 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B IT professional services sales, consulting or project delivery roles. 
  • Experience with lowcode platforms (OutSystems is a big plus). 
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI/automation tools for efficiency (research, proposals, communication). 
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar), especially maintaining data quality. 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication (emails, proposals, chats) with high attention to detail. 
  • Active professional presence on LinkedIn or other relevant networks. 
  • Postsecondary background in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Lead Generation Skill: build/qualify pipeline, use tools intelligently. 
  • Communication & Writing Excellence: high standard in all written communication—proposals, emails, chat, internal docs. 
  • Advanced Technical / Tool Proficiency: using AI + lowcode platform knowledge. 
  • Deal & Project Coordination: keep milestones, success metrics, deadlines, teams aligned. 
  • Coachable & Feedback Driven: open to feedback, willing to try new approaches, learn fast.
