Accelerated Focus is seeking an Applications Support Analyst (ASA) to join our growing team on a remote-first basis. This role is ideal for someone who not only brings strong technical expertise in application support but also enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure applications and systems remain reliable and effective. You’ll contribute to the success of our clients by maintaining high service levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Provide timely technical support through email, live chat, and phone, ensuring users receive full attention and effective solutions.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and application issues; escalate when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to synchronize and improve solutions.
- Maintain detailed records and reports of issues and resolutions to inform metrics and continuous improvement.
- Communicate with customers to assess and understand their concerns, documenting and addressing problem areas.
- Identify and assess potential technological solutions and share recommendations with Product Delivery Management.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by capturing lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 4+ years of experience as an Applications Support Analyst or in a related support position.
- Strong understanding of OutSystems, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in different time zones and shifts that meet customer availability.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to support English-speaking customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Bonus points if you have:
- OutSystems Associate Developer Certification.
- Experience in relationship management and customer success.
- A track record of working with global teams and customers.
