OutSystems Senior Developer 

Accelerated Focus is always seeking OutSystems Senior Developer's to join our growing team on a remote first basis.  This role is ideal for someone who not only brings deep technical expertise but also has direct experience leading development teams and contributing to strategic architectural decisions.

Responsibilities: 

In this role, you will lead technical initiatives, guide fellow developers, and contribute to architectural decisions, fostering a culture of excellence. Responsible for ensuring the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.  

  • Lead major system component design and implementation.  

  • Mentor and guide team members for growth and success.  

  • Define and drive technical roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders.  

  • Make critical decisions on architecture and technology adoption.  

  • Advocate and enforce coding practices and development processes.  

  • Mitigate technical risks and optimize performance.  

  • Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural goals.  

  • Champion innovation and best practices within the team.  

  • Collaborate effectively across teams and departments.  

  • Display proactive leadership and ownership in projects. 

Qualifications: 

To be successful in this role, you will need:  

  • To align with our Core Values.  

  • A natural excitement for technology, developing and delivering customer value.  

  • A strong technical foundation with 5+ years of development experience, including at least 2–3 years using OutSystems. 

  • Proven team leadership experience in a technical role. 

  • Experience working as part of agile teams.  

  • Proficient in at least four development languages.  

Bonus points if you have any of the following:  

  • OutSystems certifications.  

  • A great story for why you chose to go on the OutSystems journey.  

  • Skills in the following technologies: RESTful services, .Net, C#, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Microsoft SQL Server.  

  • Basic understanding of UX/UI guidelines.
